To create a safe place:

for us all to celebrate and share our passions
to be curious and supportive of folks who have stepped up to share their passions
to do things differently than we might normally do them.
where we feel comfortable to stretch ourselves, move a bit out of our comfort zone, or climb completely out of the box!

to meet new people
to make connections
to create some structure for the day yet stay open to spontaneity
